These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between our design agency and the client. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Packages & Revisions
All service packages include unlimited revisions within reasonable limits to ensure high-quality results.
Revisions deemed excessive, repetitive, or outside the original project scope may incur additional charges, subject to prior notice.
2. Ownership & Copyright
Full ownership and copyright of the final, approved deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
The agency reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, promotional materials, or online channels, unless the client provides a written request to opt out.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are not issued once a project has commenced.
In rare cases where the agreed-upon scope cannot be fulfilled, refund eligibility will be assessed at the agency’s discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide clear, complete, and timely information to support the design process.
Delayed communication, approvals, or asset delivery may affect project timelines and deadlines.
5. Limitation of Liability
The agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its work.
Clients are solely responsible for verifying legal use of final designs, including trademarks or copyrights.
6. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes through open and respectful communication.
If a resolution cannot be reached, all legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
